Through the Corporate Trust area of BB&T, SHDR offers document custody services which provide for the physical safekeeping of legal documents in secure, fireproof, climate-controlled vaults.
For mortgage brokers and regional banks, we additionally offer records management and reporting services, and audit and certification of mortgage loans sold on the secondary market. BB&T is certified to audit and review GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, FHLB and private loans.
